The rating breakdown
2 of the 29 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Budget Mini Storage are one or two star.
Worked out from 29 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Chico
3.1 percentage points higher than the middle of the 14 listings in Chico we can publish a rate for.

Hi pb T, We were very disappointed to see your review. We strive to maintain a clean, professional, safe, and friendly environment.
You're right i personally dont have my name on file Its not my name on the account its my girlfriends and her mother account and i help pay the storage. But not with my card anymore after the older lady, i dont know her name charged me 3x..
Sorry for your problem Mr Perez. However we serched our records and found that you did not rent from us. I suggest that you check your contract to verify the name and address. We are on state Highway 32 in Chico. Can. Hope this info helps. Best Regards from the owners.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.
- Professional and courteous4 · 27%

I have stored my belongings here for several years. The office workers are always friendly, professional, and helpful.

Foremost I want to compliment the very sweet people who run and own this business! You can tell they are genuine and sincere in all their service and communications and this does very very much so matter and make a big difference in my experience. Next I want to comment to the fact that the grounds are so pretty and incredibly clean! Seriously…. They take specific care in their lands asking and there is almost no dust like at all anywhere! Which means no dust in your unit, thats kinda unheard of!
Hi Rachel, Thank you for your exceptionally kind words. We really appreciate it!
I was honestly expecting it to be a little run down for the price, but its actually really clean and well organized inside. The parking was easy and the guy at the front desk was super helpful, he even helped me carry a box I was struggling with my back acting up again. I forgot my lock and they had them at the register for like five bucks, which was nice becuase i didnt want to drive all the way back home...
Thank you for the positive review. It is appreciated very much.
Family owned, wonderful people. Every time I go in to pay my monthly we have a good five minute conversation and catch up. Also the best prices I've been able to find for storage in town. 10+/10, would recommend to family.
Thanks for the positive review Matthew
