BEWARE! Don't rent here unless you want all of your belongings STOLEN!!! I got a unit here last weekend during an emergency situation I was going thru and needed to store my belongings and within less than 24 hours of putting my stuff in the unit it was broken into and almost all of my belongings I had put into the unit were stolen!!!

I got all of my belongings stolen less than 24 hours after moving into a unit back in November and it has been a total nightmare to deal with. Storage Pro upper management is absolutely terrible. The District Manager, Luis, couldn’t even be bothered to make one measly phone call. I also got word that they’re still having break ins, so unless you want to get your belongings stolen, do not rent a unit here.

Terrible experience. Move in special was $35 only it never was. It started at $47 and went to $85 and then over $100. The door was so rusty I could never get it up without help. Online payment only, no bills just late fees. The worst..

Awesome storage units!! Clean environment, friendly and helpful staff and good security in area. I had a great experience renting with Longfellow and would definitely recommend them to do business with. Definitely my first choice to rent again with in the future!!

The space was clean as well as the lot. The manager was not the least bit put off to answer any and all questions. I liked the steel walls as I once rented one with sheet rock walls and thieves came through via a vacant space and cleared me out! I highly recommend Longfellow!
