Started out wonderfully, ended up a disaster.... They came out to our home in Paradise to do a walk through bid. Spending enough time to see the entire project, they send a formal quote a few days later. Several months later after we'd contracted with them, literally the week of the move, they doubled the quote, saying they needed another truck and more manpower. It was impossible at that point to find another available mover ( this was 2021, and at the height of covid ).

You shouldn’t be walking around with your company sweater on pointing fingers and harassing people at food restaurants when you can politely address whatever issue you have that bugged you so bad you had to take time out of your day to be miserable. I utterly regret using this company for my move!!! An antique coffee table was damaged in the move. The coffee table came in a set of three pieces and held great value to me. Having selected the option for insurance to cover damages, I thought the process post move for fixing the damages would be straight forward. But it wasn't! They picked up the piece to take it for repairs per the insurance coverage, then later said they weren't able to get it repaired. I asked for the coffee table to be returned to me.

If I could give a negative star I would. 2 days ago they came and had specific moving instructions and FAILED. They only had one task and the guy complained about how many hours he's worked already. He was so lazy and didn't get anything done! DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! POS
Dear Leslie, I’m so sorry you felt this way about the move. Our team of movers spent the entire day packing and loading what we thought was your brothers belongings. The only instructions we had was third party from your brother to his realtor who was on-site for the loading portion of the move.
Not a good experience after the move! They lost the cord to my recliner and my TV was damaged. I paid for insurance and it has been three weeks and I still have not gotten this resolved.

Our realtor recommended we use Murdock's for our move. Moving is very stressful. Having said that ... at every step of the process Murdock's did everything they could to make the move as stress free and "easy" as a move could be. David did a thorough estimate of the costs and the six guys who did the actual move were incredibly8 hard working and yet at the same time enjoyed each other and worked as a team David was accurate in his estimate and very personable and pleasant to deal with.

The 3 very strong, very professional and very courteous young men who moved us very just wonderful. The worked very carefully but did not waste any time. I was impressed. We had very expensive and heavy bedroom furniture upstairs a steep staircase. The took such care to wrap each piece. I couldn't watch them actually move it because I was afraid to, but it obviously went well because it arrived safe and sound. I would recommend this moving company to anyone; you won't be disappointed.
