Went to Holbrook’s a couple months back in the hopes of an inexpensive mattress. I found inexpensive but it was most definitely at the cost of the quality. Not even a full week into having the mattress, I started to notice countless bug bites all over my body. I started considering the possibilities of how I might have gotten them because I didn’t want to jump to the conclusion that the mattress gave me the BED BUGS (spoiler alert: it did).
I'm not real keen on holbrooks furniture store long time ago they sold to to upgrade Chester drawers to my mother one set for myself and one for my daughter and she bought two end tables her herself I think they were very overpriced the two dressers were $200 a piece and they're supposed to be a discount furniture store and then found out later that the furniture and dressers or particle board it didn't last very long time I was very disappointed I would not recommend anybody to holbrook's
Purchased daybed, the delivery guys left 16.5” scratch on wall. Upon Holbrooks recommendation 8” mattresses were ordered, the mattress is too big and trundle will not close. I’ve been told correct size mattress has been ordered but it doesn’t seem to “make it on the truck.” I do not recommend.
We are sorry for your negative experience. Excellent customer service is our number one goal. Hopefully our contractor did a excellent job repairing your wall and you are enjoying your new mattress.
If I were able to give this store less than one store I would. I was told a price on the phone so I drove the hour there for a specific item. When I got to the store the the manager who apparently is the second in charge for the holbrooks …
If I could do 0 stars I would the manager behind the desk is very unprofessional rude does not let customers talk and has horrible customer service skills very entitled and belittles woman that go in there
I bought a refridgerater from Tyler and they delivered to me an older, barley working refrigerator and will not replace it with the one that I picked out and paid for, so I am very upset with them.
Just called to get information before I came to look at furniture. The salesman on the phone had absolutely zero customer service skills. Absolutely not going now.

After looking at all the other furniture stores in Chico, Holbrook's had the best prices and deals. I purchased a dresser. Esteban Bonilla was a very professional and polite Sales Associate. He even helped load the dresser into the bed of my truck.
Cameron at Holbrooks was so helpful and knowledgeable. We have been looking for a couch set for awhile and this was such an easy and quick experience. We were very satisfied and relieved with our experience.
My elderly mom and I were helped by a sales associate named Cameron recently and he was awesome! He made us both feel comfortable and important and gave us excellent service. He was very helpful and attentive. He was also knowledgeable about their product selection and made sure we got to try out all the styles of recliners we wanted to see. He was not pushy at all and allowed us to come to our own decision. I really appreciated his style and care in making our whole buying experience a pleasant one.
My husband and I had a very good experience at Chico Holbrook's with help from a very informative and helpful sales associate, Esteban Bonilla. We purchased two recliners and are so happy to know that they deliver, set up, and take away the old sofa for a very reasonable fee. Thank you, and looking forward to Friday, when our new, very comfortable, well made recliners will arrive...out with the old, in with the new.
