The manager randy will Rip you off the first chance he gets! The website says $40 a month but I paid $50 for two days and got locked out of the unit. Units are moldy water comes in from underneath my stuff was damaged Randy was rude and never in office
Annoying! There is only room for one car to enter the gate code at a time (who does this!?!🤷♂️) So if someone is already there you get to wait on the side of a busy highway where people drive 50+MPH until the person in front of you drives in. Also, the unit next to mine smells strongly like gasoline, so naturally so does mine, I was getting high on gas fumes just looking around in my unit!... Isn't it illegal to store flammable liquid? Not here I guess...
I accidentally left a black bag with a towel in it and was called and threatened that if I didn't come back to pick it up on half hour I'd be charged 25 $ by the time I received the call I was out of town 2 days later I went to pay my 200$ a month bill just have the 25$ raised to 43$ for "late fee"
i called just to see if they had any available storage and the guy there said "no!" before i could even finished my sentence. Don't even waste your time with this rude place!
I am Sorry for the "no" response. Didn't mean to come across rude. Please feel free to call and I may be able to find you a unit at another location. Once again I apologize. - Management

Yesterday I rented a storage unit here. I actually came because someone who works nearby at another self-storage place recommended it and told me, “Go there, good people work there.” They were right. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. Everything was clear and simple, and the whole process went smoothly. I really appreciate the good service and would definitely recommend this place
We had two storage units at Security Self Storage. Randy was always available if I had a question or concern. Randy could see my number when I would call and would greet me by name, ask about my family and then take care of whatever business I was calling about. For customer service alone, I highly recommend Security Self Storage.

I can rest easy knowing my items are safely stored at Security Self Storage. The Staff are very kind and treat me with respect. This place is by far the best and safest place I've ever stored my belongings. The rates are very reasonable, too! I rate this place with a definite 5 stars!!
