I attempted to return a U-Haul vehicle and they stated it was full BUT if I call the U-Haul corporate office and they ok it then I can leave it. I called and stated what I was advised from this budget storage employee at the front desk just so he can deny it after. I thought it was very unprofessional and no class to have me call just to waste my time. Tell you one thing just to do another.. could just imagine how they run business.

Money grubbing, on the boarder of a scam. Staff is courteous and helpful but, owner seems to enjoy making customers pay for the new remodeling by charging full months rent for ONE DAY. Don't waste money or time with this establishment. Plenty of other facilities
We are very disappointed to hear these negative comments about our management, specifically the owners. Being the owner, we strive to be as fair as possible with all of our tenants and truly try to work with each and every tenant.

I was hoping i could get my month prorated but because i didnt give a 10 day notice per contract they cant give me the "10 day window" I could have given a 10 day notice and maybe seen a few bucks back but instead, I vacated two units...3 …
We are sorry that you feel this way. It is mandatory that a 10 day notice is given primarily to ensure our facility is well supervised. If we did not implement this policy, people would be moving out at their leisure and we would have no way to appropriately track our vacant units.

This place has gone down with the new manager. Both wash bays out of order. Advertising propane for sale can't get your bottles filled some lame excuse. Have two rental units but I'm moving on.

This storage is a very nice facility. I love that it is gated and we had forgotten to bring a lock, and they had them available in the office to buy, and they were very reasonably priced, which surprised me because typically they are sky high when they’re there for a convenience. The manager when we rented our unit was very quick and informative. Our unit was clean when we moved in. The facility seems to be clean for the most part. Can’t help with the wind blows in lol.

The agent at this location went above and beyond to find uhaul availability for other locations since he didn'thave the size i needed, even though he was not obligated to. He finally found an available 10ft uhaul truck and coordinated properly to get it reserved for me. I would highly recommend this business.
