I wish I could say I had a positive experience with BurlyBoyz, but my interactions with Hussain made the entire process incredibly frustrating. Leading up to the move, everything appeared to be on track. However, on moving day, the scheduled crew never arrived during the agreed pickup window of 9:00–10:00 a.m. They were over three hours late with absolutely no communication. No one called to explain the delay, provide an updated arrival time, or discuss a plan.
We were moving people today, and Crystallina Nera Way, Edmonton, AB T5Z 0S3. I saw your company, but I've never seen worse packaging; there were no forms. The furniture was simply piled up to the ceiling. And when I was carrying out exercise bikes, I smashed into the garage, and the treadmill, too, it was like nothing mattered.

Horrible long distance move experience from Alberta to Manitoba. Gave us a quote that we agreed to and our understanding was that they would be picking up and delivering all of our furniture etc. A week before our move they could not confirm a date for delivery because their “sister company” would be delivering to MB. But nobody would give us a name or phone number to such company.
Extremely disappointed with our experience. We hired Burly Boyz for our July 16 move. Prior to the move, we had already sold off our major heavy furniture (two queen-size beds, a large armoire, and a 10-piece dining room set), meaning our actual volume was significantly lower than originally quoted. Despite this, we were billed for a full 8 to 10-hour day. To make matters worse, the crew failed to complete the job and left belongings behind.
I’ve moved 6 times in 12 years. I’ve always used highlands but this time chose Burly Boyz as they came in 35% less on their quote. To say I regret using Burly Boyz is an understatement. Not only did their actual price come in 47% higher …

The moving crew is awesome, Colin and his crew were polite, fast and efficient. I would recommend asking for Colin to be on the moving crew: However, the administration and logistics at the warehouse was not the same. They put the crew in an awkward situation on moving day for my house and was out of the moving crew’s control. The warehouse should have called me to tell the problem but instead left the moving crew in a bad position which wasn’t fair to them.
