After numerous tries all over the area trying to get a storage unit; I was able to get a storage unit at this establishment immediately; no hassle no problems! They had exactly what I required; and at a wayyy better cost than others. The lady met me there; and within half an hour I was set up; registered; and had my truck offloaded with stuff I needed to put in storage right there and then! Couldn’t ask for a better scenario. And she is soooo nice! Great place; safe and secure: I recommend!!
Hey Al! Thanks for the great review! I'm glad we can help you with your storage problems!
‼️‼️‼️DO NOT STORE ITEMS HERE‼️‼️‼️ Owners will pick your locks and go through your belongings and steal stuff from you. My girlfriend and I filed a police report because our $800 tv went missing and when we asked for the security footage they had every excuse under the sun. You are not paying for security here and will be paying for items to go missing.
Their website had 10' units priced at $100/month ... then when going to book it says $138. I email them to get the advertised price to find out that they are under new management and sorry for the confusion but that the website hasn't been updated. Poor customer service and bad marketing guys!
Worst experience of my life. Stored our household items for over a year after selling our house. They didn’t have large units available so offered us 4 small units instead. In the summer, 3 out of the 4 had the locks cut/missing and were …

A great place to access right off highway 2 north of St. Albert. Secure entry and exit gates. An ice rink. Took 20mins to get out of the place, slick ice, no gravel. Luckily I had cleats, but if you don't you will fall!
Hi Kas, Glad to hear you did not fall and hurt yourself! Thanks for bringing this issue … More
Okay, but they need to have a portable potty on site. If you are loading or unloading a lot, and there is no bathroom, makes it quite uncomfortable.
Thank you for your feedback. We understand that having a washroom on-site would be a convenient feature for our customers. As a self-storage facility, we operate differently from a full-service warehouse … More

I enjoy the 24/7 secure access. Makes coming and going when I need to super easy. I love that I can just send e-transfer for payment so a reoccurring payment can be done for ease of mind. They frequently have discount opportunities for long term rentals which is nice as someone who’s been renting for a few years! When I needed maintenance done to my unit they worked around my schedule which is always a bonus as a shift worker. Anytime I’ve needed assistance they’re very prompt and professional with their response.
Secure and reasonably priced. The fact that it's not near much else makes it extra secure. During Covid someone busted my lock off (very surprising, 0 room to get tools into the lock cage) PFYS contacted me right away, gave me the RCMP contact, and sent pictures of the contents to me. Nothing was stolen from my unit. This was all handled very quickly and professionally.
Easy to rent, store, pay and access. Incredibly responsive customer service. Many safety features which makes us confident in our choice to leave our extra belongings with them. Would highly recommend for your storage needs over other big name brands.
We've had our storage space for about 5 years now. We've never had a problem accessing it, even in winter when there's a bunch of snow. Never had a leak or rodent problem. We will continue to use Place For Your Stuff as long as we need extra storage.
