Many years ago we used this company for inter-city moves and then for our move from AB to BC. For those times, they were great because it was their staff and Karla had a handle on it. When we moved back to AB recently, we chose them because we trusted them. They ended up only being the broker and someone else moved us. We had the worst experience ever. We were not notified that it would be another company moving us until it was too late.
Don’t use. I was very disappointed with our service. The movers themselves were very friendly, but don’t go with the packing service. First of all, they ended up doubling the price of materials they quoted us. We ended up having them pack up a whole two rooms less than quoted, but still was double the cost. We also found they were very wasteful with materials. When we asked for a breakdown of how they charged us for that, they had zero records.

Beware you’ll have damaged property and missing items. They’ll blame their subcontractors and there will be zero recourse.

5 stars for Romain and David!! Professional, efficient, very kind and caring service for our Provincial move. We lived rural Strathcona County on an acreage and they were able to get ALL our belongings on that truck! Showed up to our new very remote rural acreage in BC on time and ready to unload, patiently taking direction for each item to go in proper locations. Although the cost of the move was significant due to the fuel costs and kms it was worth every penny!
Great crew! Juan, Cody and Bryce were efficient, careful and very respectful. Was impressed with how quickly they packed our large household. I definitely recommend this crew. The previous day Ashley and her crew were in to pack, they were also very careful, efficient and polite and I would recommend them as well!
The crew was very professional with great communication, a beautifully packed truck ensuring a smooth move. I’m quite impressed
The men were. Most efficient at moving everything out of my home. Although the company had been in touch with the condo where I was moving to. A contact the day before would have been helpful to clarify where they should park. There seemed to be some confusion and much delay when they were unloading. Too much time wasted in getting parked properly. And coordinating the transfer of furniture up to my suite.
