Pro: -Nice Website Format -2 Really Hard Working Men/1 with great people skills -Family Business Con -Attempted to Cancel with approx 48 hours notice, told I would be charged Over $150 cancellation fee -Owner said he would be there at noon to evaluate my situation, he didn't come until later after his kids called him in (as they felt they needed more men/time...which is fine, I'm not the expert). When I said this he said "well I'm here now" instead of taking responsibility.
I'm horrified and deeply disappointed in the owner's decision to take advantage of an elderly woman with dementia and her daughter, a single mother. We simply needed help for about 3 hours max to move heavy furniture from a 2 bedroom apartment to a new apartment only 2 miles away and less than a 10 min drive w/ traffic. To be fair, the owner offered a discount because he did not want me to get other moving company quotes.
The Burrell’s Moving & Hauling LLC website boasts having over 20 years’ experience in the moving field; however, what the website doesn’t tell you is Burrell’s Hauling & Moving is the moving company for you if you don’t care how your possessions are treated & that if they are damaged Mr. Burrell will fail to reimburse you for the damages. He’ll give you one excuse after another for why he hasn’t paid you, and you will never see your money; or he’ll claim Burrell’s Moving isn’t responsible for the damages.
Burrells moving truck almost ran us off the road on Allisonville going about 60miles an hour today and I am very upset at the disregard for safety for everyone on the road and obviously the persons belongings inside the truck. Very unprofessional company values!!

Called 3 days before I needed to be moved and was able to get movers out. They were quick, efficient, very respectful, and very careful. Communication was great as well! Will absolutely use them again.
Our movers (All my sons) cancelled on us the day of our move. We desperately started calling around and was able to hire Burrell's Moving with essentially no notice. They arrived early. Even the owner showed up to supervise. The movers were very professional, moved quickly, didn't waste any time. Their price was very reasonable too. We would hire this company again 100%. Thank you for helping us!!

Burrell Moving Company was absolutely fantastic! If you’re looking for movers, hire them—you won’t regret it. As two teachers moving from an apartment to a townhouse, we had heavy furniture that we simply couldn’t manage on our own. The Burrell team was efficient, honest, professional, and incredibly kind from start to finish. They worked with us on the price, moved everything quickly, and handled all of our belongings with great care. Not a single item was damaged.
