They damaged my brand new Vinyl flooring and they sent me an email that they’d be going to take care of the damage but they never did. I sent them at least four emails from the date of moving which was September 12, 2025 but they never replied. The guy, whose name was Mike, and was in touch with me promised that they’d fix the super deep scratches on my brand new vinyl flooring but he never did. I recommend everyone to avoid getting any service from them as I found them dishonest and absolutely unprofessional.

Our experience with this moving company was extremely frustrating. We were moving from a 600 sq ft 1-bedroom ADU to a 1-bedroom apartment. Most of our items were already packed, and the day before the move my friend and I had already moved about half of the belongings ourselves, including almost everything from the kitchen. Even with significantly less work than a typical move, the job still took 7 hours and 15 minutes. For comparison, our previous move with more items only took around 5 hours total.

Do NOT be fooled by the low hourly rate. It may look cheap at first, but you will end up paying more because the move drags on far longer than it should. I am extremely happy about how Beka and Carlos helped our moving today. From start to finish they went above and beyond. They communicated their arriving time over the phone, showed up on time, took care of all moving pieces, were careful with all furniture and equipment and communicated throughout our move. Everthing was packed and moved with care from them. Beka and Carlos were very professional and respectful. Also Mike was very nice to talk to from beginning.
Alex & Kuka helped me very quickly, on short notice and for a great price. Felt they went above and beyond and will be going back to them the next time I move!
I had an outstanding experience with Busy Bee Movers, and I can’t say enough good things about Khamzat and Kuanysh. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They worked quickly without ever sacrificing care, making sure all of my belongings were handled safely and respectfully. Moving can be stressful, but Khamzat and Kuanysh made the entire process feel easy. They were polite, hardworking, organized, and had such positive attitudes throughout the day.
