In their own words
We hired Busy B's on two occasions over the past few months. The first was moving from the Madison area to the state of Ohio. We did all the packing ourselves and the delivery went off without a hitch. Based on the great experience we had the first time, we decided to hire them again for the next stage of the move. The second move, like the first was across states, but we also hired them to help with packing. Packing was apparently simply dumping drawers into boxes and taping the boxes.

I had an appliance purchased from Home Depot delivered by this company. I was home the entire time and made it clear to let me know if they had any issues. After a while, one of the men came to me and said delivery went well and promptly left with the other two crew members. Attached is the photo of how they left my washer/dryer unit - completely wedged into my ceiling, pivoting on its back legs. They were quick to leave and when I reached them by phone they acted like nothing was wrong.
I never received the refund they are claming to have processed. Never received a call after the voicemail stating they couldnt do the move even though i left voicemails and e-mails requesting them to do so. Edit added above due to their response. Few things I want to point out. I had them booked for my move for over a month. At 6pm the day before the move I got a message from Anthony that the move cant happen but they got someone to take care of us. Our move was scheduled for them to show up between noon and 2pm.
Hello and thank you for your feedback. Yes, sometimes we do have to reschedule a move or find someone else to take care of a customer. This is rare, but it does happen. We are sorry to hear that this caused additional frustration and are surprised to hear about your deposit.
Worst costumer service ever, the movers where nice and polite, this hole and scratches happens during my move out service from Busy AB’s moving and they did not moved out a TV and and arcade that was indicated on the move out items. The mover said they will come back for those items, a week passed and called to check when they will come any get those items and they wanted me to schedule a new job the one they did not finish I let them know about the claim of the hole and they stayed they have it in file, but it’s…

Not the greatest moving experience. Personality wise, the movers were great. In regards to efficiency, not so much. I used Busy B's to move from a 1/1 with elevator access to another 1/1 with elevator access and it took them 5 hours to complete the move (typically it would take other moves 3-3.5 hours to complete). Not to mention that the movers stopped to take a break and gas up their truck in the middle of the move.
Hi Danielle! Sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your move. From the start of our quoting process, we were transparent about the time it could take you to move and with our hourly pricing. Please do note that the 1/1 at the first location was on the third floor with a long walk.
This company is beyond shady ,they are doing unethical act's of misleading and price gouging be careful and when the sales person gives you an estimate of 5 hours and its 12 and they charge you double hourly rate don't be shocked ,t
Hello and thank you for your feedback. Estimates are based off the inventory and information provided by the customer. When we arrive to a location and the inventory is up to 2x what we were advised by the customer, we have two options...
They are some scammers when they tell you they gonna paid don't believe them they gonna take off with your money I been waiting on busy b's to paid me since yesterday
This is unfortunate; however when we hire someone for a 10 hour job and they sit for half the time, funds will be calculated the next day to assure movers are paid for the work they did and that the customer is not charged for the lack of labor.

It is weird to be so happy about having a piece of furniture moved. But Busy B was amazing. They offer the kind of service that people don't usually get any more. On time, fair price, easy to work with, responsive. The movers were also professional, not just two strong guys. I had a 350lb vanity that needed to be moved. My movers had looked at the specifications of the house and the vanity before they stepped in the door.

We found out we would need to move with very short notice. We called around to a few different places right away. We had no idea yet where we were moving to or an exact moving date, but needed to at least start arrangements. Most companies just said “call back when you know your moving date” and you could tell they could care less about getting our business... Busy B’s was different. They returned my call within an hour on a Sunday (I was expecting Monday morning at earliest).

This is the gold standard of movers. I have literally moved 12 times inside Wisconsin and am a first-time customer of Busy B's. I was so so so pleasantly surprised... they did everything right... wrapped all the wood and leather furniture before moving it, easily getting out the old place and in the new place without a scratch to the homes or to my furniture. Incredible attitudes, completely professional and yet casually enjoyable... like welcome guests.
