We have had our stuff here roughly 6 years. The price started out at $120. The rates have increased greatly every year while the amenities continue to decrease. We now pay $250. When we asked the rep at the front desk about the continued increase she basically replied, be thankful other storage facilities increase 30%every year. She was rude and not a good reflection for this company.

Just rented a unit for my Mom and Corey was friendly, informational and helpful in picking out the right unit for her. Heard of the great reviews and just want to add to those reviews. Prices are locked in for a year while other places I've been in usually increase them after 3-6 months

I'm very impressed so far. Online reservation and leasing worked very well. Every point of contact I've had with staff and leadership has been extremely helpful and welcoming. Front Office was very generous offering cold bottled water to myself and the movers I had hired for the day. I found the unit to be clean and easily accessible. I would recommend.
