I made the unfortunate decision to hire Meathead Movers to transport my brand new $11,000 massage chair. After reading countless glowing reviews online and speaking with their representatives, I felt confident in my choice. Little did I know, this would turn out to be a major mistake. From the moment I booked the appointment, things started to go downhill. I was placed on stand-by due to a last-minute booking, forcing me to wait anxiously all day for the movers to show up.

75" flat-screen TV was damaged during our move. One of the movers rolled the TV into the apartment instead of carrying it with a second mover. Because we had signed a liability waiver for fragile items, the company denied responsibility and offered $50 for the damaged TV. Very disappointing resolution.

We moved my dad to a different room at his assisted living earlier this spring. Meathead Movers were instrumental in this process. They showed up on time, completed the work really quickly and within the time frame they had quoted and were kind and respectful in the process. They also went above and beyond and took donations that I could not move myself. I will definitely use them again when the time comes and would recommend them to everyone I know who needs help with a move.

My mother recently had to move from Murrieta to Menifee and part of her furnishings were in storage and the rest were at her apartment. The Meathead movers gave her a quote for 3 hours and actually stuck with the quote and there were no surprise changes or "unforseen" expenses. Their 3-persom team was very professional and energetic! They wrapped everything and took real good care of my Mom's furniture and fragile items. And there wasn't any evidence of a move on my mother's newly painted walls.
