The high standard of care seemed to be missing during my move. My wife and I just underwent the most stressful move in my career moving from Canada to Germany. We had hoped United Van Lines would be the company that did care but apparently it was not the case. When moving out of our house in Canada, the movers did severe damage to our house when removing items from our house due to lack of care.

International move. Total and complete disaster. We had no choice of vendor for our move, if we had we would have dropped them immediately. Six weeks later, still no cars. They have no idea what they're doing. Zero follow up, wrong documents were accepted, no responsibility is taken there by anyone. SO many excuses for everything it would be comical if it weren't draining our bank account.
UPDATE - Jan. 6/17 Gone back and forth with the Quality Control Manager (Carrie) and still awaiting for a response from December. Have not heard from her since. Still can't believe this process has taken this long!! Crew moving us out of our home did a great job, the crew moving us into our new home - not so great. One of the crew members didn't look like he hit puberty, not really what we wanted to see when we are paying thousands of dollars for a moving service.

My fiance Jonathan and I had our household items moved from Nova Scotia to Quebec for a military move. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. My wedding dress was stuffed into the bottom of a box, not even hung in a wardrobe box which I absolutely cannot understand. It is brand new and never worn and now it has to be repaired and dry cleaned.

As a military family, we’ve experienced many moves over the years — but none as complex as this one. With an international posting, some belongings staying in Canada, others heading to Ottawa for our daughter’s return to university, and the rest going to my mother’s new apartment, the logistics were intense. Rodney’s crew handled it all flawlessly. They were incredibly organized, methodical, and professional from start to finish. This was by far the smoothest move we’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

My move was Saturday. I am extremely happy with Mike and Robbies professionalism. It couldn't have went any smoother. I am still in awe at how quickly it all went.
