Despicable! The move was booked over a month ago to a street in our small city that has been there for over one hundred years. I spelled the name of the street to the booking clerk 3 times and told them what main street it connected to but the driver couldn't find it, didn't check before he left the office , nor did he check his phone to see where it was. This wasn't why he didn't show up for 3 hours though.

These guys just moved my girlfriend and she said they were very unprofessional. Got high on the job, even asked her if she wanted to smoke with them. They also kept hitting on her despite her asking them to stop. She described them as "slimey". Definately would never use again or recommend.

These guys were moving in my neighbours home and parked right in front of my driveway. I needed to go to work so I went out and ask them to move so I could leave my house. THEY GOT MAD AT ME! the fellow was so mad I asked them to move and I had to explain to them that, I was so sorry but it was my house and I needed to leave. just common sense I thought

The crew showed up on time. We're friendly and efficient. Carl was the lead and knows how to run a crew. This is the 3rd time we've used Thompsons in the last 10 years and will without question use them again.

Everything has been great with Terry Delahunt. Quick to reply and give a quote. Providing me some boxes as it is a long haul move. Quote was very transparent compared to online companies with no facilities here, which was concerning to me. He was recommended as honest by friends and no damages over many moves.

They moved us locally within Dartmouth. Both locations were tricky for the truck. The team did an amazing job, very professional, efficient and courteous. It was a boiling hot day. Because of the steep driveway at our new place they had to park at the bottom and walk everything up the hill. Exhausting! But they did it and even called back up when they saw how much longer it was going to take. All in it went 2-hours over the quote. It is just a quote.
