We had our stuff shipped with amj from another province they first did not show up the day or time they said they were going to causing issues with the storage company because they had to unload everything and bring it outside for them, the other company had to stay late put all of our stuff back inside and we had to pay extra. Then when our stuff arrived from out of province we got a call saying they would be here with our stuff at a specific time, very little notice and no wiggle room without paying a fee.

Shipment was late, stored twice in two different storage facilities. Lost or stolen items Fur coat, 3 medium length jackets garden tools,large pots I was originally told by AMJ Campbell,( Atlas Van Lines) who I hired, that my belongings would be loaded once onto a truck before heading to NL. My belongings were stored in a storage facility, then handed off to Household Movers who stored it a second time. I didn't receive my whole shipment and what I did receive was beat up from all the extra handling.

If I could leave a zero star rating I would. From AMJ Campbell (Barrie) company a disastrous move to South Shore NS and promises to resolve were broken. Too bad the true reviews are not posted. Scammed by this corporation.

My experience with this company was the worst experience I’ve had with a company. The initial process started smoothly until my stuff was picked up for delivery. My movers were unprofessional and were telling me the other mover “didn’t know how to load a truck”, they broke a lamp in my home that we discovered after they left, and they asked me and my mom to help move things. I was not given any tracking information and had no communication on when my items would be delivered.
Not impressed with their customer service, if I could give them a zero I would. Their Movers were moving someone on our street, very unprofessional with the language used, glad no little little kids around, and the mess they left behind, …

the worst carrier ever, no information on tracking orders or ETA, have to call them everyday and they can't tell when the order will arrive at all

There were no surprises.The team were professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. We had such a great experience with the AMJ team! From the moment we booked to the actual move, everything went smoothly. The office team kept us in the loop the whole time, and the movers were professional, quick, and really careful with our stuff. Movers arrived on time, were very efficient preparing our furniture for moving. They laid mats to protect the floors. The crew were polite and worked quickly. The team leader Mahjeet was professional and also very friendly along with the entire team. Our furniture arrived in the same condition as it had left the house. I would recommend this companies services based on our experience.
