I’ve rented here multiple times and have always had a great experience. The facility is clean, secure, and very well maintained. The staff are exceptionally kind, respectful, and always welcoming - which truly makes a difference. …
For such a highly rated place don't expect any compassion if you can't make up your payment right away or if you run into life troubles because they will not work with you. All they want is your stuff to make auction money its the only place I have done business with like this. I came with a 300 payment and the bill was 302.60 and wouldn't take my 300 payment because I didn't have the 3 bucks on me. I've never seen a business like this.
I moved my parents belongings into storage sometime in 2014 when they moved out of province and it’s been there ever since. Recently I flew back to deal with all of there belongings and fully expected the locker to be disgusting, mice bugs and so on. But I was pleasantly surprised it was like all their belongings were frozen in time, there seems to be no rodent activity.
We rented a small second-floor unit for two years and did not open it in that timeframe. When we returned to unload the unit, our stuff was virtually spotless and in identical shape after two years of storage. Carla was the absolute best any time we had to call or inquire about anything, and I would challenge you to find better storage for a better price anywhere near HRM!
