Very unorganized company! You have to set an appointment just to pick up your vehicle, I showed up on time to pick up my vehicle and they arrived an hour late. The lady on the line was very rude with her smart remarks, she kept asking questions that I have given her answers too. Would put me on hold than hang up. Will over price you on mistakes on their part.
Don't trust this place they're scummy. You leave an honest review and they try to undermine the validity of your review by stating your vehicle was impounded. All I was asking them to do was accommodate me to pick up my personal belongings after I was T-bone by another driver and I told the police department that they could tow it instead of me trying to drive it home.

Had a truck break down in TX. I called for a tow truck right away but the police contacted this company and they beat our tow truck to the scene. Once we told the tow company we had called that they already got there, they said uh oh your looking at a big bill and that company that is known to give people a hard time. We asked that they towed it to the repair shop we had contacted and they would not.
Worst customer service EVER! Wait what customer service? They require you to send in a copy of your DL and Proof of Insurance. They took forever ever to give me the cost of how much it would cost to get my car out. Then they ask"what time do you want to pick the car up?" I gave them a time and told me you have to call an hour before you come to schedule the appointment? Then why ask what time I would like to pick up the car? Upon arrival they still ask for your actual insurance and driver license.

They towed my Yukon because I had a warrant For a past ticket. Sheriff Call this company and told me it would probably be about $150-$200. I was fine with that. I called the company to pick up my vehicle after I was released The same day they charged me an $826 and wouldn’t budge on the price. I hope this business falls the way it should taking advantage of people when they’re already down is insan. I’m 100% sure they’re giving kickbacks to the cops too

These people are horrible talk about robbery 755 because they picked up my car mind you was in a accident they haven’t had it not even 24 hours and the receptionist rude and not helpful just hung up these reviews on here must be fake on here because they are horrible owner washing somebody’s hands for sure

Very rude customer service. My daughter called to see how much my other daughter’s car was to get it out of the impound. She refused to give her any info even though she had the vin number and license plate. Simple question difficult receptionist. Very unprofessional.
We understand that this situation is frustrating, especially given the circumstances surrounding your daughter’s arrest. We follow strict regulations regarding impounded vehicles. Information will only be released to the registered owner or an authorized party with valid ID and proof of ownership.

John Reyes was on time and on point! He helped me out in a real pickle. Even gave me time to save a cat that was stuck in the wrecker! lol, very professional and trustworthy. Will be looking foward to working with this company and him again next time my truck gives out!
Eric was really helpful and was assuring me that my vehicle was safe and was very careful when loading g my vehicle , and was treating me like family. You guys need more people like mister Eric . I will surely be using you guys in the future and will recommend you guys to friends and family . Price was fair now if you start yo charge more then it will be hard for people to use you guys . John Reyes outstood the company’s performance for the night. While waiting for an hour and half my insurance company got a hold of me and said they never received a phone call from capital about contacting me but once things were settled. Mr. Reyes immediately called and was on location within 10 minutes. This man stands for the emergency service and handled everything professionally. Thank you Mr. Reyes!
