I had no issues prior to new management when you delt with someone locally.. I don’t like the fact that everything is done remotely now. The price of my storage units doubled under this new management without any notice and phone reps weren’t able to give me any justification for doing so. They are of no help.

Update: So, the saga continues with VBS and their remote servicing. I notified them on April 21, 2025, that I moved my vehicle out of their facility and would no longer be a customer. Thought everything was good until today May 5, 2025, I receive a phone call, wanting payment. I was asked if I had taken pictures of the unit and sent in so they could see the condition of the unit, really a covered parking spot, I told them they have cameras and can inspect the parking spot themselves.

Steve Pichler is just out to steal your deposits. He gives a thousand excuses and doesn't even let you talk. Worst service ever and he calls himself the owner 🙄 yeah he is a sneaky one he talks to you all nice and all he wants is your deposit because he will give all the excuses to not give it back to you. Definitely will not recommend this place, he might have some good reviews but they might be all his friends and family. Rule of thumb Steve don't ever ASSUME anything!!!
What a horrible exchange of ownership and management! I had 5 years of great service and experience with the previous owners who were always on site and extremely easy to work with and helpful! Now it’s by far the worst customer service …

I have a storage unit at this place and I like it for my needs. It’s a 10x10 outdoor unit and the price is really reasonable. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because there’s no way to pay online. I have to call on the first of every month to make a payment. However, the staff has been really friendly.
Queen was awesome. Quick and very patient with me while I located all my documents.

I have been renting from them for 3 years, their boat and RV storage provide a lot of space between vehicles which helps if you need to work on your RV. The also have electricity available if need for battery charging. They are friendly and are family owned business.
