Jonathan was very helpful and switched my unit with in minutes. The one that was given to me online was not the one I asked for but was taken care of quickly. Thank you. Also he submitted a ticket for the AC was not working in the climate control unit so we shall see how quick management will get that sorted out. Well I changed my review from a 5 star to a 1 star. Since day one the climate control units where my storage is at has never worked at all.

It's a storage unit not much to say they normally let you know when they are talking payment out Never got notice for June then got notice for July and price went up so I call and was told they sent out 2 notifications that it was going up but I never got them

Literally the worst storage company. Someone broke into our storage and they didn’t care one bit. Mind you whenever we made a report that someone had broken into our storage they advised us that someone else’s storage was broken into the week prior. You would think they would call their tenants to inform them so that everyone was aware and people can check on their things but NOPE. Then the insurance company that they’re partners with don’t care at all either and they’re super rude.

I have had a storage for a while here and today was the 2nd time they went in and processed a payment without my authorization. When calling, no one ever answers the phone locally. Not the best when it comes to customer service. When the phone gets answered it is a call center that is unable to assist or speak clearly. I was just informed by their unprofessional call center that they enrolled me in autopsy without my authorization.
