When scheduling the appointment, l outlined what l wanted. They quoted me a price. When they got here, they told me there would be an extra charge for what l needed done.

Apparently this company is not really 24 hours. I called the number listed on google on Wednesday around 7:45pm and after explaining my situation, I was told by Mr. Garza that I was calling his personal cell after hours, as if I was inconveniencing him. I still went ahead and sent my information, and he called me on Thursday to set up an appointment. Today, the tech came out, did an assessment, and then afterwards I was told there would be a $150 assessment fee. A simple heads up from Mr.

do not use this place it is scam they tried to charge me $75 to come out and do a mold inspection but they cant tell me what they found in the inspection in order for them to tell me what they found i would have to hire there Hi Genesis …
In response to your review, we follow state guidelines when it comes to any type of mold inspection. Also by state law we cannot enter into a renters home without permission from the actual home owner.

Luis, William and the team at ServPro did a fantastic job drying out a building that was flooded. Their response time was great and I was kept informed during the entire process. The job was completed in the time frame that was expected. Their invoice was very detailed and included pictures of their drying equipment in use. I called Serv Pro after finding the water heater had broken and water was standing in bedroom, closet, laundry room and hallway. They were fast to respond with very professional and courteous technicians. They did a wonderful job drying all of these areas and I am so thankful for this company! Great job!
