Greg was excellent to work with and made the buying process smooth. While Tuff Sheds can be a bit pricey, I believed their quality and customer service make it worth the investment. I recently received the shed, and after marking the lines and informing the installers about the sprinkler lines, they still hit one of the lines. This meant I had to hire a plumber to excavate the area and fix the issue. I understood that this may not be covered and wasn't upset about the damage, as these things can happen.
Bought a shed at a nearby Home Depot on a Friday, and as soon as the weekday hit come Monday. I called to confirm my delivery, and was immediately tossed around with no dates and “no guarantees” making business problems consumers problems. I went to the nearest local tuffshed to maybe get some more insight on a delivery date, and to no surprise was immediately steered away because I had purchased my shed at Home Depot, and not at their location. By far the worst experience considering money paid upfront.

Worst service we have ever experienced!!! They came to install the shed and left the gate opened after I told them not to go in till I arrived. Are dog left through the open gate and we could not find her. It was a nightmare are kids were …

We purchased a shed from Tuff Shed Rio Grande Valley a month ago. Initially, we sat down with Chris Olvera, our sales representative, thinking that we were going in knowing exactly what we wanted. Chris made several helpful suggestions and answered every question that we asked. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and patient. We took a few days to go over the estimate before sitting down with Chris again. We had more questions and he had the answers. The installation crew was very professional.

I purchased my tough shed barn style from Mr. Scott Evans at the Hunters Expo in McAllen, Texas. It was such a wonderful experience to just walk in there and talk to him and Mr. Joey. They both were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They both explained to me in detailed everything there is to know about these type of sheds. They made me feel right at home. Incredible customer service from Cristian. He’s young but shows wisdom beyond his years. My husband and I were very pleased with his service. Our shed was better than we imagined and it was built way quicker than we thought it would be which was a plus. Highly recommend working with this young man! We are recommending him to relatives.
