Future customers, please beware. Garrison, the owner, came by my place last week to provide an estimate. I specifically asked about full coverage insurance, and over the weekend, I spoke with his insurance representative to confirm details. On Tuesday, I informed Garrison verbally that I would be using his moving company for my move this Saturday. Since I had sold several items since the original estimate, I requested an updated total weight, as the cost of full protection insurance is based on this.
Kosta, Garrison the owner here. Again, we appreciate you considering Cardinal Moving & Storage for your move. Again, I did not agree to hold a time slot and I DEFINITELY did not give you my word on the matter.
I called requesting a quote on a piece of furniture to be moved. I really didn't get a quote just a price off the top of their head, so I called blue men moving. They broke down the mileage, gas, distance and the time it would take to move that piece of furniture. Even gave me a price if the job went over 2 hrs. Blue Men moving prices were fair and reasonable and not a quote that first comes to your mind. I'm going with blue men moving

Scheduled a move. House fell through. Company charge my credit card and stated charges were non refundable for a move that never happened. I will never recommend this company to anyone! Too bad they won’t get my business for this next move soon. Poor customer service! I’ll be giving reviews elsewhere also. Very upset customer who is trying to move. Would recommend using someone other than cardinal movers. Horrible
Good Afternoon Barbie, the charge on your credit card was your 10% deposit. You gave us a call to cancel your move, and we even offered to hold your deposit until you can find a new house. You said no, that's fine and then called in this morning to yell at my team over a week later.
Is it a regular practice to tell a resident of a property that you will haul there stuff away and probably charge for it and just leave it all behind the building? Companies like this are the ones that cause so many issues and give honest companies a bad freaking name. Shameful. Did your jobsfor you. Your welcome
We have looked through our customer list and your name doesn’t come up? We have done 1 junk hauling move in the last month and it was yesterday. 15 garage bags in a pick up. I would definitely encourage you to make sure your leaving a review on right company.

The entire process was truly seamless and the three gentlemen on the team that day, (T.J., James, and Kenzel), did an outstanding job. They were efficient, polite, professional, and careful. I have unfortunately moved nearly 25 times in about 13 years, and I have got to say, Cardinal movers were the most professional, courteous, hard-working, and organized movers I have ever used. Our movers were Garrison, Emery, and Charles and they were all delightful. I absolutely plan to use them again when we move our full house into our new home. We just used them to move a truck full of stuff to a storage unit in order to show our house before selling it.
