This was a great place for storage when it was Xtra Space, but under the new owners, 2 brothers from Alaska, they increased the rent on my unit from the $75 I was paying The Xtra Space and informed me they would be increasing to $135. I spoke with one of the brothers, Dustin, in early May, and told him the increase was too much and I would have to move to another storage facility. He told me I could keep my rate through my move date at the end of June. Fair enough.

I needed a storage unit fast because our last one went up $50 on us. We called and they were so nice, so fast, we moved in the next day. He was very helpful with signing up and getting us started with everything online. I recommend this place 10/10!! Super happy with how they run their business!!
