0 stars (if possible) - Major damage, missing property, and lack of transparency and excessive charges** I would give zero stars if I could. This experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. What was promised/presented as a professional, stress-reducing service turned into a disorganized, costly ordeal with significant financial impact. As members of an older age group who were unable to handle the move ourselves, we felt completely taken advantage of by this company.

Kendall and her Caring Transitions team are beyond exceptional. I count my lucky stars that I found them. I have been dragging my heels on cleaning out my mother's condo after her passing. It was physically and emotionally overwhelming and I didn't know where to turn. Kendall is thorough, timely, organized and above all, honest. Don't even look at anything about this amazing company lower than 5 stars, I have been a buyer and talker and in the biz and I have never met a more charming group of people. Liam their store manager is absolutely wonderful, super organized and they take amazing care of all the valuables that belong to their client and each thing is like their thing that they want to be sure it gets its maximum value.
