A credit card stolen and gold chain no where to be found. Had a old credit card in my one of night stands. Magically lost and 600$ purchase was done on it a couple days later. I reached out to them no desire for a resolution. They told me the chain was in one of the boxes but never found it. Would give them the benefit of the doubt if my credit wasn’t also stolen conveniently within a day of them moving my stuff My first and last name is clearly stated on the review.
Pablo — I take missing-item and fraud claims very seriously, but I can’t find a move under your name in our records and I’d like to look into this. Please call me directly at [phone removed] so I can pull paperwork, review what we have, and discuss next steps.
A simple 1/4 mile move could have been made pleasurable with a lot less complaining and attitude. Some pieces were also damaged! Would not use again.
Joe Bonnie &Son Moving Company does NOT DESERVE even one star - because they are FULL of promises and NO ACTION for basic customer service. The office has excuses for everything and BLAIMING EACH OTHER . They don’t remember the phone conversations or cannot find the e-mail ... ????? !!!!! They DO NOT RETURN “ the MULTIPLE QUOTE Inquiries made over the phone and in writing ( e-mail) as REQUESTED by their office ! POOREST OF THE POOR WAY OF DEALING WITH BUSINESS.
Their drivers are careless and drive one the interstate as if they’re the only ones there. Two entered the interstate at the same time, one almost merged on top of my wife and I. The other swung wildly from lane to lane with very little regard for the traffic around it. Beware!

Just called this company to get a price quote on a small two bedroom house move and the lady was immediately talking over me before I could even explain anything. She had to stop herself from talking over me then she said they would need …
My move was 3 miles from house to apartment. A carton with over $1000 worth of clothing never made it. It went into someone's car, not the truck. No satisfaction.

Quick sale of my Mothers house and I needed movers I could count on in a short amount of time. It was a big job and Joe Bonnie Movers squeezed me into their schedule which unfortunately meant I didn't have the time I needed to personally pack the contents of the house. No worries, even though some of the moving guys weren't happy about packing, they did a really nice job. I would say some of the guys were excellent packers. I did have 3 items broken.

From the initial estimate to the final payment, this move was FLAWLESS! The care the movers took with all of our possessions was as if it was their own. The crew was extremely friendly and responded well to any last-minute changes. And amazingly, the original estimate turned out to be a bit high. We could not be more pleased with Joe Bonnie and Son Moving -- HIGHLY recommended!
