Terrible costumer service! They are never able to answer any questions over the phone and quickly try and get you off the phone to unconvince you at a time that is more "convenient" for you. Bob was very helpful and accommodating when we first signed up, but every other employee I came across has been rude and had no time for my questions; even though I have been a customer for 1.5 years and have given them approximately $3500 or more of my money!

Horrible company, NOT recommended at all. First I was looking for a cheaper option in Jupiter, as My previous storage kept raising their prices, like crazy. So I found this one. What a hell experience. On the moving date 02/16/2026 I arrived with My guy ( mover) from one facility to the snapbox. When I tried to find My unit, it was a tiny little 4x4 hole, not the one I have reserved. Calling customer service, was a long stressful time, as They had no clue where is My unit .

I do not recommend renting from This company. I rented a 5 x 10 unit. It came as a split unit which divided up into two units due to their error one of my units they did not have in the computer right when I went to the unit for some stuff. I realize one of my units was empty without any notification. I am not sure how they can say.

Employee assisted his buddy in stealing my information and registering a truck under my name and number. I called the store to confront this man and he told me a guy Tom was in and rented it under my name. Said he couldn’t help me even though he was the person who made the reservation. I was never in this store. I never gave my name or number. But he can’t help and I had to call corporate lines to cancel. Why wouldn’t he cancel when it was proven I was Brandon from my number. When I arrived in Florida I went to this facility to see my storage unit. When told I would have to use a machine to get to my unit I was terrified. I’m 65 years old and was extremely uncomfortable. I asked the front desk clerk to cancel and was assured I would be refunded. I was told it had to go through corporate. Today I was told I will not be refunded. This is clearly taking advantage of an individual. Would not recommend this facility to anyone.

I made a reservation for a moving truck. When I arrived I was informed that my reservation was no good and they did not have my vehicle. The problem was blamed on the u Haul company. I was informed it’s not their issue. I inquired about the $50 guarantee and they told me to take it up with Uhaul. The biggest issue I had was that they showed no concern for what had happened and basically said, “too bad”.

It’s not a real storage facility, at least compared to similarly (and often less) priced options nearby. The storage units are divided by particle board, the facility isn’t actually climate controlled, and water leaks from the ceiling when it rains.

Do NOT rent here, especially if you are considering an upstairs unit for a cheaper price. There is no elevator so an upstairs unit can only be reached using stairs or an automatic lift. However, for the multiple years I've been coming here, …
