Cary Moving

I was very happy with the movers who came right on time and used time very efficiently. I thank Pat Jami Reggi and Wayne for their nice work. I paid whatever they put down on the paperwork before they left my house. All was nice and good experience. Then a I got a call from their office and the lady says I did not pay the last 30min. I was busy with the house at that time so I told her that i will come by to talk about it. A day later a guy calls. Later I learned that he is the owner and manager there.

The short guy with the beard was rude to me. There were bunch of customers in line and he was alone. So I can somewhat understand his burden. However it is a weekend and online system tells them how many customers are coming and at what time. At this day and age if he won't be solving staff logistics problem he shouldn't do this job. It is kind of oxymoron that this happening in a U-haul store. I was 4th in line it took me 45 minutes to get his "awesome" service.

I didn’t use this company but my neighbors across the street did. They blocked me in my driveway said they’re was more then enough room for cars to go by. We are selling our house and because their truck was in the way people drove on my grass tearing it up. We just paid people tons of money to make our lawn look nice for buyers. They kept claiming there was enough room but only because people had to drive on my lawn. I do not care for the lack of care they had for my property.

The truck that I rented was horrible, it would jerk every time you apply the brakes or let off the gas. I understand the caution of the system, but it was horrible. Instead of them canceling the intial payment it now shows that there taking out double money on my account. There really not friendly people at all. Its do your business and leave, that's the impression that I got. Never again would I rent from them.

First the price they tell you/have online is incorrect & the employees tell you different things. Second when arriving on time the place wasnt even open yet, there were multiple people waiting and they got a here almost 20 minutes late which put us behind. They also had someone sleeping on the boxes for sale in the lobby. All & all they’re just extremely unprofessional & I wouldn’t recommend

Make sure you don’t drop your truck off here without being fully detailed from front to back. I’m talking wash, wax, tire shine, the works! Even if you do their job for them by checking in the truck, they will still find a way to charge you a little extra!! I recommend to NEVER use this location.
