It was an awful move from the very beginning to the end. The rate quoted was about $2700 and final bill from No Sweat Services Inc.was over $6200 or more than two times the initial amount. The mover toured the home up front upon arrival to load and never mentioned that the load was more than the truck could hold.

This was the worst moving experience I've ever had. The movers was late and didn't bother wrapping any thing for protection and therefore breaking my mirror on the wall unit. They also broke off the back bottom end of the wall unit and caused several screws to come out. My suede couch cushions was wet and there was a wet spot on my bed box spring. It took them entirely to long to move the few pieces.

My experience with this company was the absolute worst. Firstly, workers arrived late and rushed over the job. I asked the workers if they could be gentle with my possessions and I was met with attitudes and sarcastic remarks. Next, some of my furniture was damaged and I have yet to hear back about my complaints. Overall I would rate this company zero stars if I had the option!
Absolutely terrible. Late, unprofessional, under the influence, damaged multiple items, and didn't finish the job they were contracted to do. Not to mention the owner and his puppet are less than helpful. Keep looking, this is not your moving company.

Jamila, I'm so sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us. You were indeed estimated for a 4 hour move for a one bedroom apartment going to storage, but you neglected to tell us it was on the third floor, you'd have 80+ boxes, and would need geek squad to dismount your tv and had to go to home…

Left me high and dry on moving day. Movers there are lazy and surly. Avoid. They got kicked off Thumbtack.com, if that gives you any idea.
Oh, Tony, you want to tell the public that we left you today but did not care to share WHY we would do that? We left you today, but not "high and dry" but rather "retching and nauseous" because your dogs use your home as their toilet.

I hate moving and was dreading the whole process, but Joel and his team made it the easiest move I've ever had. They lived up to their name: No Sweat at all! Special shout out to Kimon and Deven. They were professional and efficient, showed up on time, worked fast, and were super friendly. If you're on the fence about hiring movers, stop scrolling and book No Sweat. You'll be glad you did!

All I can say is Kimon and Lane are the best thing to ever happen to us during this moving process! Absolutely fantastic job with all of our stuff but they also had a great attitude the entire time! Its rare that you meet two people that you would want to sit down with and hang out with after work! By far the coolest people I’ve met in a very long time! If you ever need anything done, then these guys are the two you want taking care of you! If I could give 20 stars then I would!

Excellent, professional service. I had no problems. The movers were very respectful and efficient and took good care of all my items. I would recommend using their services. In addition, the quote was higher than the actual cost. No problem whatsoever with that, just sharing. Brandon, Ralph and Josh? ( or at least a name that starts with a J) were excellent 👌🏾!!!
