Ken's Pack and Move

I want to share my experience to help others be cautious. After notifying Ken the owner about canceling my moving appointment, I received a message from Ken that felt unprofessional and a bit confrontational. Ken mentioned not even scheduling me yet as a “blessing” and announced a $100 booking fee policy to charge customers who cancel. The whole time, I was under the impression that I was already scheduled since Ken asked for my email and said he would send a quote on the day of the move.

Please do not use the company the owner is a scammer. He is not professional at all. He told me that he was nine minutes away to my apartment to start moving my things out of my place this man (Ken) showed up 2 hours late and gets mad at me because i am asking questions. My things were in boxes ready to be loaded up on the truck. They didn't have to pack anything because it was already done.

I will never use this service ever again, this guy had me waiting all day to move my furniture, he made comments about how old and dated my furniture was, I was overcharged and he got over on me, he only wanted cash, no other forms of payment were able to be used, they literally took forever the day of service to be move me, even though I had scheduled the move 5-7 days prior and still ended up being moved late at night after lots of texts throughout the day with excuses… Please proceed with caution

It is impossible to get a conversation let alone a quote of Ken, the lack of professionalism and care for YOUR Business and time definitely shows. Called around 3 times each time I was told to wait for a quote. However he took ZERO of my information each call, the calls were each 2 sec long then was a dial tone :/ Seems like they have plenty of business to care about more! Maybe consider hiring a receptionist if you can’t coordinate calls and work at the same time.

Very poor experience. One guy was okay but the other didn't seem to have any common sense. Charged 165 an hr plus 65 gas to unpack boxes that had already been moved. Then wanted to charge another 150 to take the boxes to the dumpster here at my apartment. And left all the boxes outside so I had to bring them all back inside.

I wont recommend this person. He was very late by 1.5 hours. He brought a small van which wont fit my needs. His idea was to do multiple trips to increase his hourly: Also price he charged was extremely high. Work was good but still pricey. …
