This company auctioned off our storage unit saying they didn’t have a source of updated payment and that they couldn’t reach us. We had been solid customers for a couple of years. Our contact information had not changed. I HAD contacted them when our credit card info changed and DID update our payment information. We NEVER ONCE were told there was trouble processing payment. We went to get into our unit and the key didn’t work. Our things had been auctioned off.
Wouldn’t do business with these people ever again, the manager is very rude and unprofessional! Keep your distance from this place!
Hi Turner, Although we strive to have the best relationship with our tenants, when it comes … More
Classic bait-and-switch - they advertise your first month for $20, but it’s actually $20 for whatever’s left of the calendar month. So if you sign up on the 29th, congrats! You just bought two days of storage and a full-price bill on the 1st. The staff? Think DMV energy but with less charm. Prices aren’t great, perks are non-existent, and you’d honestly be better off storing your stuff in a friend’s garage or under a park bench. Try Public Storage or literally anywhere else.
Having spent approximately $10,000 over 2 years of rental when we moved the management of this facility treated us like garbage. They repeatedly harassed us about having doors open (during moving!) and eating our lunch in the building. This …
Hi Marie- Thank you for providing us with your feedback. Our team works hard to provide customers with the best support possible and we apologize that this wasn’t your experience. Sincerely, Center Park Storage
I arrived at 5:30, they close at 6, to rent a storage unit. The woman at the front told me I was too late to "move in" when I simply needed a small storage unit. She said she needed me to wait for her to do her check deposits and then she …
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Used Center Park Storage first for my mom when she moved into the area, then for myself when I needed a little extra space to store things. Have had an A+ experience both times! Front desk staff has been extremely helpful. Cleaning crew always keeps the spaces spic and span. Discounts for new customers and paying annually are nice too! Highly recommend Center Park Storage. They have a large variety of sizes to choose from at reasonable prices with employees that are happy to help.

Center Park Storage is a clean, air-conditioned facility with a focus on ease of storage that shows. Their exceptional maintenance of the space paired with multiple dollies/carts always being available for use, a large elevator and an incredibly friendly team of staff, notably Yadira, are all reasons why I continue to give Center Park Storage my business.
I have been with Center Park Storage for several years. I am impressed with how clean the facility is and how it is kept up at all times. I have had storage in the past at other facilities that were dirty and even had bugs. Center Park Storage is clean and the service people are always available. I highly recommend Center Park Storage.
