This is from Worldwide We chose this company for export packing based on their positive reviews and clearly instructed them to provide a detailed inventory report, before and after packing photographs for insurance, and fragile labels. Unfortunately, none of these requirements were met. After packing, they refused to share the photographs and inventory until full payment was made. We completed the payment immediately; these delays cause our truck to wait for nearly more than two hours.
First and foremost I scheduled a time with this company. They showed up over 2 hours late. I was relocating to another city and my flight was due to leave that same day. I have off-white sofas that I purchased and saved the shipping plastics that Living Spaces furniture store delivered my sofas in. These guys take off the original packing to replace it with shrink wrap. Shrink wrap tears easily when moved aggressively and it didn’t cover the length of my sofas.

I went with Certified Moving Service because they were the cheapest option, but unfortunately, I understand why it was the cheapest. They gave me a time block of 12–2 PM but never showed up or gave me any kind of update that they were running late. When I reached out 30 minutes after the window, I got no response. I ended up waiting all day, double texting them, and only received a reply after I told them I had already hired someone else. This lack of communication completely threw off my moving plans.
***UPDATE TO THE RESPONSE FROM WHOEVER IT WAS! Number one I CLEARLY stated in my request I NEEDED LOADERS ONLY! I "KNOW" how much stuff I have how it's packed and how long it would take THREE MEN to load it into a 15ft Uhaul truck I NEVER SAID ANYTHING about a daRn delivery!! So I don't know what you're even talkling about with that mess!! YOUR WEBSITE CLEARLY STATES 3 MOVERS $220 DOLLARS!!
We appreciate your loyalty to our service. Just to answer your question it looks like I was trying to give you a lower rate than what was posted on our website. Maybe you didn't have a big enough job for full service idk.

Joe, Matthew and Chuck were our movers and they were wonderful. Very efficient and fast. Matthew was very helpful to stack our boxes almost to the ceiling in our storage unit. Friendly, accommodating, professional. Joe was very professional in his manner and demeanor and paying to all the details to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Chuck worked hard to transport our belongings from the house to the truck to the storage unit quickly.

I was moving from a third floor apartment with no elevator and previously had 2 separate companies come to the unit and cancel. That’s when i got in touch with Tyrell and Chuck last minute. It’s was actually their day off and they came in. They did what a three man job couldn’t have done in the same amount of time and didn’t complain once. Both had great attitudes and took care of my stuff like it was theirs. Thanks again guys
