Avoid at all cost. The worst moving company I have ever had to deal with. Totally non transparent. They buried most of their liability and coverage clauses in tiny fine print, and did not clarify them verbally. They also never once mentioned released value protection (60 cents per pound) versus full value (what you paid for your item) nor gave me the option on the latter.
They our at first pretty good on price and setting expectations however when the movers arrived very unorganized and to my wife and I trying to avoid work . When they arrived I had to explain several times where and how I wanted my items stored. I went 100 feet away to work and they disappeared after my wife signed delivery ticket. She then went inside storage and it was a wreck, no thought process what so ever. Will not recommend nor use again.

I used these guys once and it was awful. The movers were so slow and were borderline rude. And their price was highest in town so I really thought I would get good service. NOT EVEN CLOSE. My irreplaceable ceramic statues that are family heirlooms both got chipped despite being wrapped up. They were just blatantly careless. I couldn't believe it. Stay far far away from these guys.
Worst moving experience that we have ever had! Guys did not listen to anything we told them, several pieces of furniture were scratched and dented, floors were scratched and walls dented. Furniture was placed completely wrong from where we told them. And to top it off they didn’t take all of our things! Luckily we were only moving across down but we had to make 4 extra trips in both cars to finish the move and we rented a truck and moved some ourselves! Would never recommend this company!
Untrustworthy employees. We gave our movers each a $50 tip and free food and they repaid us by stealing our property. I called several times, you promised to call me back and never did. Will never give you money again, I would recommend that no one else does either.
