Wish I could mirror other comments. They had no record of my reservation despite me verifying *twice* prior to the day I needed help. I moved across the country and needed the truck unloaded on-time. They did show up 5 hours late and stayed until the job was done. I had other things planned that day which had to be canceled / postponed as I waited around. They did not use appliance dollies or carts and they carried everything by hand which I found to be wasteful of time / effort (and my money).
I booked UMovers for my move in Richmond, VA and was given confirmation of 2 movers and an estimate cost - however, no one showed up on the day of my move + the customer service representative could not find anyone to replace the 2 movers that were supposed to come. Highly disappointed in their service.
DO NOT LET THE REVIEWS FOOL YOU!!!! SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL! I HAD A CONFIRMATION FOR TWO MOVERS ON 6/1. THEY NEVER SHOWED AT THE AGREED UPON TIME. WE WAITED FOR OVER 2 HOURS. CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES THE PERSON THAT ANSWERED SOUNDED LIKE HE JUST …
I tried booking them. I needed help moving 3 pieces of furniture. I was going to pay the 2hr minimum, but they won't drive 25 minutes out of the city.
