On Tuesday, 12/17, I spoke with Brandon from Cheap Movers 24/7 to schedule a move for Thursday at 2:00 PM. We discussed that we were moving right next door and that nearly everything had already been moved, leaving only five heavy items, a toolbox, and a few odds and ends in the garage that I could not carry. Brandon quoted me $150 for one hour. On Thursday, Brandon no-called, no-showed. I called and texted multiple times throughout the day with no response.

I don't recommend this company to anybody . I called 2 days prior and left multiple voicemails and have a documented text message of a set time that we agreed on at 12 noon. The guys are friendly, But when I tell you my coffee table is broken, they broke a vase and spilt 50 dollars worth of vitmains supplements. Smashed my boxes on top of each other which damaged 2 light fixtures that are 35 dollars a peice, left broken glass on the stairs, and put an Indention in my old apartment wall because they didn't bring…
I rarely write reviews, but unfortunately, we had a very negative experience with this moving company on Saturday, May 25th, and I wanted others to have fair warning because I was so surprised with our experience after the very good reviews. I booked this company for our move on April 17th after touching base with Brandon via telephone. He quoted me a price and sent me an invoice confirming. On April 30th, I again confirmed the dates with him.
Needed to move a single couch just a few apartments away, and received a quote for $50. When called them next day to schedule the pickup but they stopped answering my calls and texts. When tried to connect with them, they ignored for two whole days. After answering a call from another number they said they would come by 3 pm the following day and then the day of pickup, they said they didn't have the resources for such a small quote.
Sorry the for misunderstanding we can't let customers make the price for us. Im sure you will find someone to move your couch for 50 bucks. Unfortunately we charge a minimum on all services. I belive this was explained that wouldn't cover gas or labor once again sorry
👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽Was supposed to be at my house this past Thursday around 2pm, I text at 2:15pm to see if he was still coming and he responded he's was running behind looks like 4pm. 4pm comes and nothing, so I call at 6pm and he tells me he's sorry but will definitely be at my house tomorrow 1pm. I text him this morning around 11:30am and no response, my phone shows he read the message.
Movers were almost 2 hours late and only 1 showed up. Owner would not answer his phone and did not provide timely updates on the status of the second mover. We cancelled our appointment, terrible experience.
They broke my 75 inch tv and wouldn't replace it! Did absolutely nothing about it and told me it's not there problem! Horrible customer service!
Tv had been place in storage by previous movers. TV also wasn't boxed. On top of customer adding a motorcycle to the truck at last minute without letting us know prior. Customer took matter into her own hands by forcing motorcycle on to box truck. A motorcycle cycle that we Delivered for free!

Easy Movers was fantastic. Hired them to move my items from my house- they did great job at great price- on-time neat and clean and safe. As a bonus they saw a lot of junk I had which was going to cost quite a few dollars to get rid off and they took it for practically nothing since they have the means and knowledge to get rid of it to recyclers. I highly recommend this company to consider before signing up with another company.

I needed help simply rearranging a few pieces of furniture(bulky) at my residence, and one recliner relocated to a house next door. Since currently recovering from knee surgery, I had physical limitations and decided to search for help. I found Cheap Movers on Marketplace and reached out to them. Brandon quickly responded back on a Saturday! Not only did he respond back immediately, he informed me that two of his guys would be out the next day(Sunday) at 11:00am to assist with me.

Brandon was very professional while booking my move. He was prompt with his communication an ensured that he checked in with me while the movers were there. King and KD were the star of the show. They arrived EARLY. They were very professional and courteous. The guys did an excellent job loading up my belongings with care. Nothing was just thrown around and I loved that. They took it a step further and took things that I requested to the dumpster so I didn’t have to do it!
