The rating breakdown
Google shows 8 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 2 of those are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
The guys at chilliwak moving (Drew, Brad, and Tristan) did a great job in moving my things that were scattered in 3 places (Chilliwack to Maple Ridge) to one place near Williams Lake. Their strength in moving heavy items, carefully and quickly, was very interesting to witness. With friends and family, we could never have done what 3 experienced movers did in such a short time. They carefully blanketed all my furniture, including antique family heirlooms, and it arrived unscathed.
Thank you so much for the heartfelt review! 🙏 We're thrilled to hear that Drew, Brad, and Tristan delivered such a smooth, respectful, and efficient experience — especially with a move as complex as yours from Chilliwack, Maple Ridge, and all the way to Williams Lake!
The move was completed without major issues. Timing seemed generally okay throughout the process. Items arrived mostly in the condition they left. Communication could be described as adequate.

They were extremely careful on our hardwood which we just had re-done and were worried about scratching. The day and planning process could not have gone more smoothly and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Chilliwack Movers for our next move as well as recommend them to friends. Thanks!
Thank you for your review! We are so glad to hear that your experience with us was positive, and we're sorry you had a less than perfect time with your previous moving company.
