Extremely contaminated with mice. Rodents are everywhere, in the hallways and the units. The roof leaks. The staff is VERY RUDE. I complained about the mice issue, but nothing was done for two months. The office clerk's (Jordan M.) answer was: "The mice are OK, they are safe for people. Go ahead and spread the word about mice here!" The office manager (Terri W.) did not want to hear about the issue. She was very rude. She interrupted me, yelled at me and she asked me to leave, though my contract wasn't expired.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS FACILITY. We selected this facility to store our daughter's college dorm items for the summer. Upon return, all her valuable items were stolen (tv, refrigerator, etc.). Rental facility claims that the storage was not properly locked and they contacted us regarding this matter. We returned the next day to address the situation and move more items into the storage (this was in May).

Been here for about a year.. and boy has this place gone downhill.. They don’t even keep a mananger, or any employee for that matter, at this location any longer.. which makes getting help with anything virtually impossible. There’s never a cart available, because they only have one. And if it is available, you always have to go hunt it down. Which means aimlessly walking throughout the entire building. Seriously considering finding another storage space.

Initially, I didn't realize that the office was in a different building, but after a short moment getting that figured out, the personnel were tremendous. Very helpful. Signing up was easy. Getting into the storage building was easy. It's very secure, keypads and motion detectors. All in all it was an excellent experience.

Excelente storage room for my budget and close by my area it was good it was access to my area I was able to go in and go out with no problem I can't complain about it because it was nice and comfortable thank you appreciate it maybe I can lucky today
