The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
This is the first time I have used movers and David, Annie, and the 3 man crew that they sent did not disappoint. First off, David and Annie in the office were fantastic with communication. The quote that they got me was affordable, not only that but when I had questions about certain pricing they were very quick with a response to explain what everything was. We moved only 10 minutes down the road, but were moving to the 3rd floor, and Joe Isaias and Seth made it a dream.
Savannah, we so appreciate you hiring our company and I’m glad that everything worked out and that you were happy at the end of your move.
I was looking for someone to haul away my old futon in prep for my new couch delivery. I'm very glad I happened upon City of Angels. I requested a quote and got a response from David in a very short time. We had a follow-up phone call, and David is extremely friendly and straightforward and quoted me a great price. David is communicative, on time, and got the job done. I also like that I am supporting a local business. Highly recommend!
Usually a stressful moment in most people's lives, moving, moving to start fresh, to begin again. Mostly it's about getting it done, not thinking too much about it and get it over with. This was my second move since January after the Altadena fires and I was dreading it. City of Angels Moving came in and effortlessly packed me up and moved me. Even with the elevator being out of order and having to use a secondary elevator which was a longer walk with all my "stuff" they got it done.
Hello Shelly, first thank you for the kind review. Secondly you are such a reasonable, leveled headed person so it's not hard to help someone like you. I'm very sorry about your home in Altadena, I can imagine how difficult that must have been. Happy to help anytime in the future.
I did a move from Los Angeles to Austin and this was my company's preferred mover. They were awesome. From the time they were booked to actual moving day they were in constant communication and flexible to my needs. Which was paramount because this move happened in the middle of a cross country ice storm. I was driving a day behind them and throughout the move they were providing updates on the road and even giving suggestions on places to stop.
