I used there services twice . The first move was great. The price was high but the movers were good. The second move was a nightmare . One of the movers did not like the stairs so he was grumpy and moved very slow and He was not a team player which made the move even longer. He did not speak when spoken to and and didn’t particular care about how he moved the furniture. It was his attitude, even after we moved to the new house he has no bed side manners.
CONSUMER BEWARE!!! This company did not show up AT ALL after making an appointment for a couched to be moved that evening !! After calling Tommy multiple times with NO RESPONSE for an update, when he finally answered at 600pm , his response was “ sorrry but it wasn’t that bad you had to wait for us from your home ! “ WOW !!!!!!!! This company has NO RESPECT FOR ONES TIME !!! Update : I did not curse him out !!!
First of all I’m sorry you’re so upset. The truth of the matter is that ms Janet called me this morning, A Sunday morning, and asked me if we could move her couch from her garage into her home. I told her that I thought that I could get my crew to come over after their job today.
main reason for using Clark specialist was because insurance was mentioned for broken steps specifically. The job was to move my piano down a flight of stairs. I prepared the steps adding extra screws for any possible weakness before they came. A few years ago this same piano was moved up these stairs by 4 guys who accomplished it simply and practically without quilts or a trolly and horizontally in order to distribute the weight.

The move was chaotic, partly due to me. I'm 70yo and in poor health so I wasn't a big help. My problem is really that when it came time to pay, Mr. Clark was adding it up on his phone and quoted me $481. I gave him $500 and $20 to add to the $19 from the $500 for a tip to his helpers. He said he would text me the invoice. When I got it I realized the mistake. The total bill was #431.00. I sent him a text immediately, but he won't answer me. Cheating elderly people is a shame. Mr. Clark is not to be trusted
The money was paid back that was overpaid. However it took a few days before I was able to drop it back by her apartment. She was very quick to assume I was planning on keeping the money and also quick to make threats and bad reviews like this one.
Lined up a job for best friends of mine. Tommy is the Owner and never called to tell me or them the crew was running late. The job took 2 hours longer than originally quoted. Last but not least some of her medicines and jewelry did not make it from point A to point B. Very disappointed in the decline as this used to be a reputable company
This review is written by my ex wife. I never moved any of her friends. This is 100% fabricated but unfortunately any effort I've made to get it removed has been unsuccessful. We do have amazing children together though.

This moving Company is top notch! They guys were punctual, very polite and made sure all of my items were treated well and protected. The owner even called me to ensure I was completely satisfied. His staff were very respectful. I couldn’t believe how quick they could move me. Super reasonable and professional. Call them, you won’t regret it!
We had a great experience with the guys at Clark moving. We needed to move across the state and they quoted us a great price and were able to quickly fit us into their schedule. They worked fast and took great care of our things and our house. The movers were really nice and easy to talk to and work with.
Clark Moving Specialists took care of several buildings, my house, my barn & packed up everything in drawers, cabinets, on garage floors, floors & closets in bedrooms, bathrooms, as well as attic, and they labeled each box. They moved out, carefully, all furniture, including antiques and put them all carefully in their new locations! If I needed them to also do something extra, they were right there; they moved our boat on it's trailer.
What a wonderful experience. The price was very reasonable and they kept me updated as their first move of the day ran late. When the guys arrived they didn’t mess around! They had the truck loaded in no time. They were careful and everything arrived at our apartment in one piece. I can’t say the same for the last movers we used.
