THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT RESPOND TO YOU. I was told a set price when I signed up then the price increased. I put up with it for a few months then this month decided to clean it out and cancel my unit. I was told if I did it before may 5th that I would not be billed that day. I cleaned my unit out may 1st and still got charged EVEN MORE THAN MY LAST UPCHARGE. I got the last bill and it was HIGHER. I was told I wouldn’t get one at all! And I was given no explanation!
"My experience at this storage center was extremely unprofessional. After a long ordeal, Mike finally credited the account, but only after things escalated. I recorded the entire interaction, and Mike knew it was being recorded. Corporate admitted it was an unprofessional situation, apologized, but no further action has been taken. I just want to document this so others are aware of what happened."
This place raises fees without telling you and lies about charging you for an extra month. It’s a shame because the people that work inside are very nice, but the people who answer billing questions are completely unhelpful. They blew us off entirely.

Went in to the N. Evangeline Thruway on 9/26/24 and has the very fortunate pleasure of meeting Mike. Mike, was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and engaging! Great price, clean facility, and plenty of value for your hard earned dollar! I would highly recommended 10/10.

The people here are so kind! Big shout out to Michael he was able to get us a unit quickly, talked us through the process, and made us laugh along the way. We got the 5x10 unit and it’s extremely affordable plus the insurance you get has great coverage. 10/10 recommend!!
Easy to sign up. Staff is super helpful, Michael went over everything clearly so I had no questions. It's very clean inside and everything seems well protected.
