I called on the day after my move, the truck was to small for the move and the driver wouldnt make 2 trips so I moved the rest myself in my car for 3 days, Parts of my fire pit were broken off, missing a battery charger$200 and a light machine$350, bought the crew lunch then was charged for the over an hour lunch some of them took. I called for a credit for the lunch and asked about my missing things.

Wow! This moving company went above and beyond while helping move my couch. The men were punctual, efficient, very careful and had a great attitude. Got the job done in a timely manner and were so nice. Cassandra helped schedule me and she was very responsive and extremely helpful. Great quality, great price, great company and people will definitely do business with them again!

I highly recommend Cleveland Bass Movers LLC. Cleveland Bass Movers is a long time family owned and operated business in Naples, Florida. More impressive is that I was treated as a family member even though I had no previous experience with the company. My husband had recently been diagnosed with a serious illness so we decided to sell our condo in Florida and return to Massachusetts for the medical.

Looking for a mover!? Look no further then Cleveland Bass! Cassandra, patient and enduring along with me in getting a move date and a lovely person all around. I like her like a sister. On the day of my move it was like a family event. Each one had a particular skill set which was awesome. More family showed and we all had a good time with my move. I needed extra help because if a broken wrist I been dealing with and the guys were helpful in what I needed and they moved me pretty quick.
