Updated Review After Delivery Pickup went smoothly at first, but customers should be very cautious. While brokers contribute to estimate issues, Coast to Coast still participates in a pricing system that feels deceptive. Our final bill was $2,000 higher than the estimate. Some of that was due to us having more items, but even without that, the pickup lead admitted certain things were “mis-estimated” and the price would have been raised anyway.

Let me start by saying the only reason they got a 1 star is because of the movers themselves... I have moved numerous times in my life and this was the worse experience I have ever had...The dispatcher and management were very rude and did not care about nothing but money ..My time which is valuable to me...did not matter to them...they changed the time of my pickup 4 times and the delivery 3...like I had nothing better to do than wait around on them...then after being told it was a flat rate price,they charged me…

I had a very disappointing experience with Coast to Coast Van Line, Inc out of Rock Hill, SC. Communication throughout the process was poor, the service did not meet expectations, and the entire move was far more stressful than it should have been. The most concerning part of my experience was when the two delivery movers refused to unload my belongings unless I paid them additional money on the spot. We felt pressured and uncomfortable in a situation where we had little choice but to comply.
This company is horrible! Do not use them. They are bait and switch. They completely destroyed one of my bookcases before they even got it out of the apartment. They managed to scratch every piece of furniture that they touched. My dresser is now missing a handle which I haven't been able to find anywhere. The foreign guy who came as the lead of a three-person group is very pushy spends a lot of time on his phone and when it came time to give me a review he snatched the phone out of my hand gave himself five stars…

Now that my move is done, although there is significant damage, I wanted to clarify some details based on the response from the business, specifically the Director of Operations, I believe he, Mark Maxwell indicated. I appreciated the response but there is always 2 sides to every story. First, I want to be clear that Boris and the moving crew ultimately provided professional and courteous service during the remainder of the moving process.
Stay away! They quote you one price than it changes constantly. They are rude and expect an additonal 500-1000 on quote price,
We’ve checked our records and can’t find any move with this individual. Our quotes are always clear and provided upfront, so the “constantly changing prices” mentioned here don’t match any of our actual moves. It seems this review might not reflect a real experience with our team.
