Cost me over $2000.00 To move from a one bedroom apartment to a one bedroom apartment july 2023. Took their time on my watch. . Broke a 75 inch tv, didn't work after plugging it in after the move, broke a glass fireplace. Destroyed apartment unit floor putting in my Refregirater. College hunks I got , look Moore like kids that weight 100lbs. It was my first time using them., and my last. Better take the insurance they offer to protect your items.

I called to get a quote, everything was going well, until the women became rude. During the automated system it asks you to select an option based on if you need labor only, or labor and truck. I selected labor only and I put my zip code like it asked. I was transferred to the women who was asking a million and ten questions, which is expected. Then she get to the quote pricing and mentions the use of a truck.
We had a stressful situation when a subcontracted moving crew (hired through College Hunks) failed to pick up a significant number of items: furniture, pictures, lamps, rugs, chairs, outdoor patio furniture, and bikes. Thankfully, Rico, Chris, and Taylor from College Hunks Moving came to the rescue! They promptly collected all the forgotten items and truly saved the day. We are incredibly grateful for their professionalism and efficiency.

I called and spent 20 minutes on the phone and was vetted. Told the rep I wasn't available until 5pm. He sets me up with a 4-6pm window and that a manager will call 30 minutes prior to arrival on the day of the appt to assess the move. Manager calls me an hour later and states they close at 5pm and that she can only be there at 4pm. I asked why then are you setting up appointments with a 4-6 window and she replied in case our afternoon appts run long. I said well I can't be there until 5.

Nice movers, but ripped my frame off my front door. I mentioned I moved a couch through the front door, but they didn’t bother measure in the back door to see if it was easier. And they will not fix it. They’re leaving it broken in my behalf to take care of myself.

I hired a 3-person team from College Hunks to load my furniture and belongings onto the moving truck as part of a interstate move. The team arrived promptly within the designated arrival window, handled all of my belongings and heavy furniture with care, assisted with wrapping several larger items, and then magically fit it all in a tetris-like configuration onto a 26-foot truck.

College Hunks gave me an amazing experience. Taylor and Ray were absolutely amazing. They arrived right on time and were done so quick considering how many boxes and furniture I had. They disassembled 2 bed frames, a desk, and reassembled as well. I had my dog with me and they were so nice with her, it really made it an enjoyable experience. Everything was done with the utmost care, and I was updated along the way with what was being done thanks to Taylor!
