was moving apartments with my roomate and we heard college hunks was a great and reliable moving company but we were everything but satisfied with their work. they lost our expensive microwave, added an extra mover without confronting with us (adding an extra $250), broke a nice mirror and lousily left boxes everywhere. we tried to reach out to david farmer the manager and he was very rude to my roomate and her sweet mother. would not recommend to anyone

Two kids showed up an hour late and the first thing they do is complain about how hard their day has been. Come inside the apartment and one of them asked me for water so I hand him tap water cause that’s all I have, he then says “you don’t have bottles?”, I reply no, and then he refuses the water he asked for. Disappears to the truck for 10 minutes then they come back saying they aren’t gonna provide service because my house stinks too much.

1 bedroom apartment. I moved into a different building within the same complex. Never left the parking lot. Movers were able to park right in front of the building at the handicap sidewalk ramp. Service sized elevators were reserved at both buildings. My entertainment center was poorly wrapped and laid face down causing damage beyond repair. The truck wasn’t even close to full so it’s not like it had to be squeezed in. This is as caused by negligence.

Estimate was a little less than $700, ended up being $915. I tipped both movers $100 each. They Improperly installed my washer, flooded my house and caused an insurance claim, now the washer is broken and I have had to get a new one. Have called multiple times, emailed, have heard NOTHING. Do not use
