In their own words
- Overall poor service - Came in above quoted price despite moving fewer items - I moved many of the items I asked them to move and they ended up charging me 50% more than what was quoted - Damaged multiple pieces of property including ruining new bed - they paid for cheaper screen replacement but ultimately disappointed that I saw them moving my bed without furniture covers and because of that they took huge gouges out of my bed - I expect they will leave response challenging accuracy of these items but I already…

HEADLINES OF OUR EXPERIENCE: 1. Movers are poorly trained, inadequately supervised and incredibly careless. 2. Upper management are rude and unprofessional. 3. Damages to both property and belongings were extensive and costly. 4. Post moving communication, including making a damage claim, is impossible! Neither the local franchise nor the corporate office is responsive. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY--YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

I used college hunks to load my uhaul truck for my move from Lawrence Kansas to Denver Colorado. I have moved several times in my life & have never had so many broken & scratched furniture items as I did while using this company!!! I emailed the owner Roger Mcdowell that owns the Topeka Kansas franchise & he was total non compassionate & just referred me to some verbage in one of the many forms they have you sign under the dress of moving.
Jennifer Pellegrini, We’re very sorry you did not have a great experience with our business and wanted to apologize on behalf of our entire team. We’d be more than happy to facilitate a resolution if you could please contact us directly at [phone removed].
Placed a reservation 2 weeks in advance to have furniture removed at 8am, and was called at 7:45am on the day of the reservation only to be told that their truck was in the shop and they had to cancel my appointment. An extremely unprofessional company, and would not recommend to anyone.
Hi Richard, we had to shut down our junk truck due to mechanical issues on very short notice. When our team reached out, we did not want to completely cancel your appointment and hoped to find an agreeable reschedule option even later the … More
Please look somewhere else. Manager didn’t respond to my messages so my time slot was booked. They moved up the reservation 24 hours without notice and only sent 2 people when I requested and was quoted 2. Phenomenal people moving the actual stuff but unprofessional management.
I’ve been a regular customer and had no problems until I had to cancel a recent move. It wasn’t last minute and they had plenty of time to schedule someone else. They promised to return my deposit but I can’t get it back. So, seniors be …

I am VERY disappointed in my service this year. Last year, was amazing. They were quick, very nice, very professional. THIS YEAR has been HORRIBLE. The main guy, Chris, was constantly on his phone, constantly talking, and soaking up every …

The customer service representative, Jane, was unbelievably rude. Unfortunately, due to her actions I canceled my appointment before the hunks could even arrive. I would definitely not recommend doing business with this company.

In their own words
I had Nick and Reese help me move and they did much an amazing job!! I was moving from a 3rd floor apartment and it was extremely hot out but they got to work and moved me out in no time. Hard working, very polite men. I genuinely do not know what I would have done if I didn’t have them help me move. Thank you!!!

The team we had was outstanding. They went out of their way to place every piece where we wanted it. We were amazed by the amount of wrapping they did. We do not think there was any damage to any piece. Our hats go off to Briley, Troy, Xavier, and Koty.
