I had very bad experience I got a text saying my lease was terminated half way thru the month didn’t even get the full months worth my number didn’t work I called complained never got called back

Leased a unit online which was worth giving 1 star. Arrived after loading up everything to go be stored. Arrived to find that someone had broken into this unit and appeared to be squatting, they also broke into the neighboring unit through the sheet metal between the units and that persons belongings scattered across the floor of this unit. I found several spots along the fence that were cut and easy to access from the outside, or cheap temp repairs that were made from prior vandalisms.

I rented one of these units in July 2022 via their website, paid the $200 deposit and rent, and when I got there for the very first time the door was busted in along the track so it wouldn’t even open! I called that day and requested a refund, I was told I would have it within 3-5 days but didn’t receive anything. I have since called three additional times and have been told every time “you’ll have it in this many days” and still don’t have my refund. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Please do not rent at any of these facilities. The number they have you call does not go to the local unit but they have calling agency. You will never get a hold of the manager that is supposedly onsite on certain days and they aren't. If you have an issue with something they tell you they will leave a message for the manager, and they NEVER call you back. If you a business and can't get stuff you are out of luck. You have been warned.

Worst storage unit I've ever seen It's supposed to be a secured storage unit and the front gate has been open for 2 and 1/2 weeks nobody has even cared to shut it and I have notified them several times as well as the police because they're stealing storage units from other places and storing them in this storage unit because they can come and go as they please with no security cameras no security gate

My mom has a unit at the Gage location and we have called and left messages and emailed them and no responses. She was locked out and can not get in to her unit.

Management will not call you to fix your unit expect to pay for something you can't use and customer service is worthless

Both people I spoke with where extremely friendly understanding and kind! They helped me get what I was needing at a fair price. The units are clean as well as the grounds. And the rent is very reasonable and the insurance they have to offer is great!
