If you care about your furniture and other belongings, I would not use this company. They did not protect our wooden furniture, causing massive damage... scratches and large chips. The person they sent for repairs sprayed 3 cans of varnish on my our nursery furniture, completely ruining it ($2500). Not only did it look terrible, the furniture and entire nursery were covered in VOCs. (I was told he was simply going to fill in the scratches and spot stain the damage.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE TO THE POINTOF BEING CONDESCENDING AND VERY PUSHY. Not to mention Starving Artists moving quoted me 1/3 the price, and they were pleasant and True Professionals. The worst experience with customer service I have ever had. That's from the management and salesmen. -20 stars all around. They lost my money and respect. I hope they at least treat their employees well.

We used Professional Moving and Storage for a move in August, 2019. They owner and his son came to our home and provided a quote of $1,500 based on this visit. We changed the moving day but had flexibility on our moving date. We were not told there would be a problem. On moving day the movers arrived and said this should have been a two day move. We, and the movers, had to endure a 13 hour day of moving in 97 degree heat. The move was not finished until after 10 p.m. The movers and my husband and I were exhausted.

This company deserves NO stars. They were over 2 hours late even though I had booked them 4 weeks before my move date. They did send 1 more truck and 2 more men, so we had 6 guys but only 2 of them worked. I now have a standing mirror that was destroyed our couch was not reassembled properly, bed frames were not put back together right. The bedroom dresser was damaged, but they did fix it before they left. Also at our new house they broke the storm door. They are sending someone out to try and fix it.

This company is a complete joke. I called last week on June 14th to get an estimate for moving and they agreed to meet me at my apartment at 1PM. I took off time for them to meet me, and at 1:08 I called to see if someone was coming out and they said they forgot to write down my appointment along with the wrong date I was planning to move on and wanted to make sure this didn't reflect their business poorly. I gave them another chance and set up another time to meet with them at 4PM today.

The absolute worst. This place was contracted to deliver furniture I ordered from JCPenney. They've had it since 11/28/17. I've called literally every day trying to get in touch with someone from here and left voice mails for James and Mary (who supposedly do the deliveries). NONE of my messages have been returned. They've randomly scheduled it for delivery without talking to me THREE TIMES and not showed up once! I called again today and spoke with Latoria, Cathy and Debbie to no end.

Jesse coordinated everything from start to finish, and the entire process was organized, responsive, and seamless. Communication was clear, timelines were met, and there were no surprises — which is invaluable during a business move. The moving crew — Larry, Steffan, Jerry, Kaden, Mike, Brian and Trayvon — were absolutely phenomenal.

Great experience unloading a 16’ POD plus contents of an 8’ POD. Jerry and his crew of Justin and Zach were prompt, cheerful, careful, and polite. They placed everything as we directed them and were patient as we made decisions or marked boxes off our packing list. Saw them reposition furniture dollies to avoid hitting walls and lift items to avoid scratching the hardwood flooring.. Highly recommend!

The quote process was quite easy, and I appreciated the multiple ways to contact and be communicated with for the quote and reminders up to moving day. The three movers were professional and handled the items with care I expected. They moved all items in a timely manner but not rushed. All of my moved items with no breakages and they did their best to help put some of the jankier furniture together. I appreciate their work and felt it was worth what I paid.

The crew was very quick, efficient and friendly. They loaded up the truck ensuring furniture would not get scratched and unloaded within three hours . This included rearranging furniture, putting furniture together and making sure we were happy with the furniture arrangement. The crew was very friendly and did an excellent job. It would highly recommend them to anyone needing a moving company.
