Terrible experience — avoid this company! I hired this company to help with my move, and they damaged my dresser, breaking the drawer and legs. When I contacted them to file a claim, they refused to offer even a small refund, hiding behind a vague policy that I supposedly “agreed to” — no real accountability or customer care. I understand accidents happen, but the way they handled the situation was completely unprofessional.

It took forever to move and cost a lot more than expected and what they quoted us. As they were moving, they hit multiple pieces of furniture and walls. When they put the furniture back together I found missing screw all over the place meaning they missed some and my bed was not screwed in tight so now I have to do that myself. They also forgot to put my TV back together. I would not recommend hiring this moving company.

Drivers were on time and very polite. They worked quickly and carefully. We got caught in a storm as they were unloading so I felt really bad for them but they kept a positive attitude. Really happy with this small move.

This was my second time using College Movers and I have nothing negative to say. Excellent service and reasonable pricing.
I have done several moves since my return to Indiana 12 years ago; these guys were the best movers I’ve ever had. They were gentle in handling my furniture, meticulous in wrapping it, and careful in carrying the pieces out to be loaded. My pieces were stacked in the storage unit in a well organised fashion; all A+ work!

I had them move a piano. The job was done quickly and efficiently, which ultimately put them under other quotes I received since they charge hourly. The guys were on time, super friendly, prepared, and paid close attention to details. I could not have asked for anything more.
