Joshua and his movers are very professional, courteous and thorough in every area of a move. With preparation, transport and delivery, it was seamless. Joshua provided great communication regarding answers to questions and statuses from start to finish. Moving is stressful, and can be a nightmare, but this company actually took the stress out of move day!
Carl and Chris were SO fast yet so careful with my belongings and furniture. So thankful for them and the work they did!
Joshua and his team were absolutely top notch. He arrived, on time and in a shirt and tie for our quote. He and his team showed up to do our packing and move - they worked tirelessly all day for 3 days. All his staff were extremely professional - I believe they're all background checked and experts in the industry. They packed and moved our house with great care. I was shocked to see how much detail goes into making sure things are properly cared for.
Cool Springs handled an important move for me. It was time to move from our commercial building to a home office and Josh and crew did a fantastic job. Great attention was paid to our needs and the transition went perfectly. Thanks again! Al
